The 2019 DECCI  Household  National Key City Dealer Summit was held for two days and officially launched at the Dongguan headquarters on March 13. The contents of the summit mainly include: 2018 annual summary and “135” planning, the whole case profit model analysis, Felician case design explanation, home improvement case design training, terminal management mode training, dealer rewards, etc.

On the morning of the 13th, Mr. Chen Chi, Chairman of DECCI Households, made an important speech at the dealer. Mr. Chen Chi pointed out: If the past ten years are driven by products, prices, channels and promotions, then the next decade will be defined as an industry market with products, design, services and experience as the core elements. Therefore, we must fully understand that when consumer diversification needs are further activated, the perception of products and services will also undergo revolutionary changes. In the cycle phase, this also means that the golden age of the whole case design is coming. Mr. Chen Chi called on the national distributors to join hands and seize the opportunity to face 2019.

Next, Mr. Chen Chi briefly summarized the work of DECCI in 2018, and fully affirmed the brand image, design and development, product technology “three upgrades” and the excellent sales performance against the market. At the same time, it was put forward. With the goal of 100% growth in 2019, all dealers are required to focus on store management upgrades and single store performance breakthroughs in 2019. Especially in the “marketing system upgrade”,  Mr. Chen Chi plans to open 60 full-scale design flagship stores in key cities across the country, focusing on creating sample market for 20 first- and second-tier cities. For the expansion of channels within 3-5 years,  Mr. Chen Chi also proposed A clear target: domestic distributors will increase by 200 in 3 years and 500 in 5 years. Foreign markets will increase 20 countries and regions within 3 years and 50 countries and regions within 5 years.  Mr. Chen Chi promises that DECCI headquarters has always been a strong backing and loyal partner of the dealers.
